Louis is from Far Rockaway and is quite the character. He is an orange and white older cat that lived his whole life on the street, until All About Spay Neuter saved him 2 years ago. He is neutered, FVRCP and rabies vaccinated, tested negative for FELV/FIV, dewormed, microchipped and comes with 30 days of free pet insurance.
